Payment in advance helps save clients time preference and allows me to prepare thoughtfully for each individualized lesson. It also ensures that the time I spend preparing lessons is done with the understanding that our scheduled services will take place in good faith.

I understand that life happens, and occasional exceptions may be necessary. However, if I have traveled or reserved time specifically for a scheduled lesson and a client is unable to attend, advance payment helps ensure that my reserved time and preparation are still covered. I will always consider reasonable circumstances and remain flexible when possible.

Payments made in advance are held in a separate account, and I pay myself from that account as lessons are provided. If a client decides not to continue services, any applicable refund will be calculated according to the payment plan selected. Because discounted rates are offered for advance or extended payment plans, refunds may be adjusted to reflect the rate of the services already provided, plus a 10% administrative adjustment.

For example:

  • If a client pays in advance under the $30-per-lesson plan and later discontinues services after several weeks, the refund will be adjusted based on the weekly payment rate of $43, minus 10%.

  • If a client pays under a weekly plan and discontinues services after only a few days, the refund will be adjusted according to the daily fee plan, minus 10%.

  • If a client pays for the entire program at the discounted rate of $30 per lesson and discontinues after completing some of the schedules, the refund will be adjusted based on the $35-per-schedule plan, minus 10%.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for additional information. I want clients to feel comfortable and fully informed about the payment and refund process before beginning services.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
